Abyssal unconscious world

【meditation】

Buddhism, one of the world's three major religions, seeks to escape from the suffering of life by attaining enlightenment.

One way to attain enlightenment is through meditation.

Recently, meditation "mindfulness" as a health method without religious color seems to be popular.

"Meditation" aims at "a state of no-self".

"Muga" literally means to get rid of "ego", and even lower "consciousness" to the lowest level to get closer to "unconsciousness".

It seems that ``meditation'' is something that tries to erase the ``you'' that bears the pain that doesn't exist and return it to the ``you'' that just lives there.

In other words, "meditation" is a means of shifting your perspective from "spiritual existence" to "material existence."

【The material world and the unconscious world】

In this blog, we will call the property that matter "exists in one time and place in one pattern universe" as "spatio-temporal localization".

Conversely, the property of "the superposition of all patterns of the universe from 0 to ∞ and existing at all times and places from 0 to ∞" is called "non-spatio-temporal locality".

Well, this world is quantitatively a superposition of "∞" universes, which cancel each other out and become "0" as a whole.

You, the universe you live in, the universe of other patterns, and all kinds of things are in the "state of superposition" as the standard.

And one dimension, "time", does not arbitrarily advance in the direction of the future, but a static time axis exists.

In that case, from the viewpoint of "material", wouldn't you be looking at all patterns of the universe from 0 to ∞ and all time from 0 to ∞ at the same time?

Of course, since we do not have the function of "observation" except for "consciousness", we are not actually "seeing", but at least we are in a position to know such information.

In this way, in the material world, there is nothing that separates the past, present, and future, and there is nothing that separates various patterns, just everything in this world.

In other words, the material world has "non-spatio-temporal locality".

By the way, in this blog, I defined "unconscious state" as "unconscious".

Therefore, all matter is in the state of "unconsciousness", and it can be said that "material world = unconscious world".

In other words, when you move from conscious to unconscious, you return to the standard state of the material world.

【unconscious in you】

While driving home for an hour, I was asked, "What should I have for dinner tonight?" "What was in the refrigerator?" I have to check "...

While I was thinking about such things, I noticed that I had arrived at home.

If you are a regular car driver, this is common.

However, when I just started driving a car, my mind was full of various things related to driving a car, such as the strength and timing of stepping on the accelerator and brakes, the operation of the steering wheel, and the distance from the cars running around me. Should be.

When you say, "I found myself doing...", it is the "unconscious mind within you" that has done them.

Walking, tossing and turning, chewing and swallowing food, and digesting food are all done automatically by your body rather than thinking about it.

Your body is equipped with “sensory organs” such as sight, hearing, smell, taste, touch, as well as visceral sensations and the semi-circular canals that detect acceleration (maybe there are still undiscovered senses).

Most of the input information from these sensory organs is processed under your "unconsciousness" without reaching your "consciousness", and is sent from the appropriate place in the nervous system to the appropriate organ through means such as electrical signals and hormone secretion. Outputting instructions.

It's a precision instrument.

By the way, your body and the sensory organs that are part of it are both "matter" and the standard state is to have "non-spatiotemporal localization".

If so, the world of "unconsciousness", which is a component of "you", will have "non-spatio-temporal locality".

Yes, you have "everything in this world" in the name of "unconscious".

You will see the most tumultuous world in which all possible time and space intermingle.

However, if you shift your perspective to the point of view from the outside, the overall result is "0".

In other words, you will see a world where there is only silence called "nothingness".

However, you never actually see the unconscious world.

Because the 'unconscious' is the 'unconscious realm' and you can only see what is up into the 'conscious'.

Still, there are times when the "unconscious" approaches.

It's what you experience every day.

Right before you fall asleep and right before you wake up.

Or when you're dreaming, it may be close to that.

Meditation is a conscious attempt to recreate that state.
